- During the period of production and process, customers can appoint personnel to our manufacture factory for production supervision, examine and test supervision, debugging and transport etc.
Convenient during sale
- If there is any nonconformity among the contract, contract list and drawings, we will correct it at any moment.
- Any damage of products during transport will be repaired by us. If the product is seriously damaged, we will replace it with a new one.
Secured after sale
- The quality warrant period of transformers is 5 years, and the repair guarantee period is 20 years.
- According to the needs of customers, we will assign technical personnel to supply technical guide on the spot, and check installation quality according to standard requirements.
- If the break or damage is due to buyers, we will actively work with buyers to repair and replace them and provide needed components at the lowest price.
